- Prevention of Radicalization
- Food Hygiene awareness
- Adult Abuse/Protection
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Mental Capacity Act (MCA) 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Moving & Assisting (includes hoisting)
- Your personal development
- Fluids and nutrition
- Other training relevant to their placement
Training will be provided prior to induction before the individual carries on activities and on annual basis thereafter. Different rules exist for individuals who are new to Mid-View Healthcare or may not hold appropriate qualifications.
Our mandatory training courses has been designed to support the development of our healthcare workers in their continuing professional development (CPD).
